Add missing author information

please fix #90 before merging this

• for each page I found the corresponding in the Wiki
• I extracted the wiki usernames
• I looked up the message asking for access to the wiki in Discord
• I got the GitHub username in one of the following ways:
  • linked in the Discord profile
  • linked in one of the websites/social media profiles in the Discord profile
  • linked in a mod/repo referenced and created by the author of the message, if the GitHub username was similar enough
  • otherwise left it in authors-nogithub
• I made sure all usernames are lowercase to avoid duplication, and alphabetically sorted

this combined with #280 allows for crediting as many people as possible.
I most probably missed someone, for which I am deeply sorry, if so remind please us in #docs on Discord
