This PR adds some structure to the presentation of Python demos. The demo are categorised into themes (which are not mutually exclusive).
Some demos text has been edits, but more editing is needed.
The Stokes/Taylor-Hood demo has been given more structure, and a missing near-nullspace for one the solver cases has been added. The direct solver example now uses MUMPS, which has some support for singular solution, which for this problem is used to handle the pressure nullspace.
