Add a component wrapping the TableQueryWrapper

Feature request

Need the event 'page' to paginate data by receiving event as the user clicks on the pagination buttons.

The event 'page' for Table chart is used here
https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/examples#tablequerywrapper

Describe alternatives you've considered

No alternatives , will have to the original library instead.

The TableQueryWrapper is an object on its own, so it's probably not yet possible to create one using this library yet. Feel free to create a pull request though!
