SingleBooster

Added multiple language translations for the ToS screen. Thanks a lot people from the steam group that helped translate. You have all been given a shoutout in each translation version.
Added string encoding for game names and username.
Selected games will no longer sort alphabetically.
Added clear button for selected games.
Added option where games will restart every 3 hours.
If a game process randomly dies it will be restarted unless stopped from SingleBoostr.
Games will now check more often if parent process has died.
Now saves and loads the last games you were boosting when you start the app.
