Messages being sent via email but NOT showing up in chat

Both @rosegrech and @heyjennahay reported receiving emails today with chat messages (Rose from me, Jenna from Lauren Reid) but they didn't show up in the chat tool.

This doesn't appear to have ALL the time but is frequent enough to hinder adoption. After Rose's issue above I sent her another message she didn't get in Chat but she got an email for.

I can confirm that when Lauren sent me a new message today, her old messages have now appeared in the desktop app.

So I had the same thing happen to me again today from Katie. I closed my web browser and started a new one and now see Katie's message in chat browser that I was not seeing before.

Ok so still having an issue.

I got this chat email from Hax:

But in chat desktop only see the first message:

But when I refresh the same web browser, I see the messages in Chat!

ugh happened again today in deskop mode, got email from Gabi and not seeing it in chat.

@rosegrech I'm hoping #504 might fix the issue. I have a feeling it's related to going into Sleep mode (like closing your laptop) or, that whatever fixes 504 would also work for reconnecting in other/similar circumstances

Thanks for adding @twisterdotcom , I see #504 is closed but I don't think it's part of the latest, .63 release yet. I'm crossing fingers the 'sleep issue is fixed with 504 and that that will fix this too.
