Distance rates - Saving rate by enter key redirects to the previous page after rate is saved

Action Performed:

Precondition: User is an admin of Collect workspace.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com.
2. Go to Profile > Workspaces > Collect workspace.
3. Go to Distance rates.
4. Click Add rate.
5. Enter any amount.
6. Hit "Tab" to highlight the "Enter" key, then hit "Enter" on keyboard

Expected Result:

User expects the expense to be saved and stay on the same "Distance Rates" page as that is what happens when the user CLICKS on the "Enter" key with the mouse

Actual Result:

The Distance rate is saved by the "Enter' key, however the user is redirected to the incorrect "taxes" page (In this case it was the previous page accessed by the user) while the "Distance rates" page continues being highlighted.
