Issue found when executing PR #25702

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create a request from User B
3. Go to the transaction thread
4. Edit the merchant field
5. Save it

Expected Result:

After hitting Save user should be navigated back to the report and there should be no visual defects on the screen

Actual Result:

Visual issue appear when change Merchant name
