Fixes layout and drawing of Description, including tracking PopupList bounds

  • No 64-bit support.
  • Windows 7 and Windows 10.
  • Excel 2010, Excel 2013 and Excel 2016 (32-bit only)
  • The only supported hosting mode is to load the ExcelDna.IntelliSense.xll as a separate add-in. (Later versions will supported an integrated mode, allowing the library to be incorporated into another add-in).

On-sheet IntelliSense should be automatically enabled for Excel-DNA add-ins built with v0.32 or later, providing the same description as in the Function Arguments dialog (derived from ExcelFunction, ExcelArgument and Description attributes).

The .config file is not required, but can be used to enable diagnostic logging - set switchValue="All".
