elPrep binaries compiled with go1.12.7.

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed reading of floating point numbers from BAM files.
  • Fixed sanity checks for some BQSR options.

Extension:

  • Added --max-cycle option to specify maximum cycle value during BQSR.
