自动 copy Actions from last retro #18

把这一项也自动化起来。其实也不是很难，就是：

找到上次 retro 的 github issue（可以通过 milestone 找；可以通过 title 找）
找到这个 issue 下的 retro section
把文本 copy 出来
paste 到模板中生成。
