假日不应计算在工作日中

  • 假日不应计算在 summary section 的工作日中
  • summary section 中应注明假日已被排除在外的信息
  • 假日不应计算在对工作日敏感的 clients/projects 中
    • 定义对工作日敏感的 clients/projects 27dbc63
    • 计算时假日不计入到总工作日中
  • clients/projects section 中应注明假日已被排除在外的信息 （整那么好干啥，已经标记有效工作日了）

查了一下，一些中国假日的库比较少，加上自己有时也有特殊调休请假，就觉得没什么意思。主要是 toggl 最近不打算再继续全面计时了，以后可能打算往轻量级方面发展。所以综上，我觉得假日自己用一个 exclude 表即可。
