Monthview: Pre-Draw events in next&previous month for smooth transistion

The events just pop in when the month is flinged. This is not a good experience. Instead, events should be predrawn on the monthview, even if they are not visible. This should be done for at least the next and previous month, maybe even 2 month in both directions.

I would do it myself, but i am not sure where it is decided what and when an event is getting drawn on the canvas
