Related to .NET Core + CommunityToolkit.Mvvm (dotnet/wpf#6792) .NET SDK should be updated to 6.0.9 (6.0.4 .NET Core version)
Removed dialog host templates - disable animations at all for dialog host due to performance issues on WPF
No animations is a quite bad thing, just updated current style
Applied animations, removed fade out animation of background - it should be much more faster to work only with dialog content
