Hmm, I think industrial building is a bit "heavy". I've added commercial building to help refine this hierarchy and added office building as a subclass.

Office building uses the PURL: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/ENVO_01001221

I've added some axioms to link it to building parts such as toilet fixture and office (the building part).
