Lead options don't work

Brian, that's a very good extension of yours.
However, the lead options don't work for me,

I'm on DNN 7.3.4, Module v. 1.12.7.

Can you explain what you're seeing and what you're expecting?

Something has changed in the meantime for I could add one lead this time and save it. When I tried to do that upon first run of the module I could not.
Now I can't add a second lead because when I click the Save button there's no reaction - the Save button stays put and there is no new lead added. Also I can't delete an unwanted lead.

The "Display Lead Field" radio options group is set to required.

Seems something wrong with the path and a resource file.

On a side note - my dev DNN is bilingual.

Ah, this is an issue with recent changes in DNN. This may require a change
in DNN itself. Sorry about that, I don't know that I have a workaround,
either, in the meantime.
