Summary

Describe the purpose of the pull request, including:

  • Added MLFlow Logger
  • The logger is now defined in the configs
  • Added MLFlow Model Manager
  • Added build_agents for all the algorithms
  • Added possibility to register models from checkpoints
  • Added Model Manager Tutorial
  • Added mlflow package as a mandatory dependency
  • Update docs + Added Howto/model_manager
