"Roles" #24

In the current system, we allow the user to see her/his PRs only. An evolution would be allowing "roles" such as:

individual user
user as part of a "group"
admin user

Fork location #25 #26

individual user: fork from personal account
user as part of "group": fork on the GitHub organization level

Visibility of PRs - #27

individual user: only her/his PRs
user as part of "group": all PRs from organization
admin user: all PRs
