Loading

User could be "contributor" user (individual or part of organization) or "admin" user.

individual user: has no organizations linked to her/his account -> only create and see PR in own profile
part of organization: same as individual user, but also is part of organizations -> can choose where to fork, sees all PRs of all her/his organizations (see Organization picker for fork location #26)
admin user: same as organization-user, but can see all PRs from all users/organizations
