Change Description
I removed the check for iOS on requestAribitrarySignature since now android and the new desktop support this. I also updated the tests around this as well.

Also removed dependency on "eos-lynx" package as that sdk is deprecated and not needed. It was also not used as far as I could find.
As far as iOS goes, Id like to leave support for now as its possible this may come back in the near future.
