@tbfleming @jgiszczak Without this tiny fix fill-pg can't even bootstrap normally and crashes w/ "Stream overrun". Tested in conjunction with the most recent version of nodeos (built from release/2.1.x at EOSIO/eos@203ff0c) during attempts to get the most actual codebase of fill-pg (f415e46) to work properly with 2.1.0-rc1.

Alternate fix was suggested at #117.
