This syncs the WAVM library up to "Remove a vestigial struct declaration -- c00b808" which is sadly just to Oct 30 2017. Any further and I need us to move to LLVM5.
I did not take "Make LLVM JIT target the specific CPU we're running on -- 0d95500" because I'd like for the JITed code to be the same no matter the CPU that is doing the JITing.
