I committed a few changes of my own (added a schematic and tweaked a few bits of wording and formatting). Looks good to me though – we should update at least the bottom section of sequence search page though to include up to date info on the FTP distribution (or just remove that section as it is mostly covered elsewhere).
We also need to fix the build (again... conda and vanishing R requirements are still causing problems). I am working on that separately.

I still need to polish some bits, and update the Sequence Search one... but it's almost there.
