Cori Intel environment fix #1671

This is needed to update the gcc environment used by intel so libimf can be found. The Intel compiler depends on the environment provided by gcc; and apparently the environment provided by the gcc without a module loaded is insufficient.

I've been chatting with @mfdeakin-sandia on slack. My default env had the gcc module loaded, which is why it worked for me. If this is all that is needed, I can do it -- along with edison/cori-knl.

Actually, if the tests have been passing on cori-haswell, then presumably the env that @jgfouca uses for acmetest user is also fine? If this fixes it for you and it's innocent, then fine, but I'm just wondering if maybe there is some other issue?

@jgfouca Could you weigh in on this? I don't know what else could cause this issue; especially when this solution works.
