Moving Testing Expectations from the Dynamo Wiki to the Dynamo Primer.

Key additions:

A guide on the testing expectations expected of users who are adding nodes to dynamo.

The proposed location for this guide is under Developer Primer - Developing for Dynamo:

Some folder management was also done to ensure consistency across the developer primer section.
