DYN-7207 Update DefineData sample

Purpose

The DefineData node's sample file uses "Lock/unlock" terminology from an in-progress version of the node's UI. Update to the final "Auto-detect type" language.

The PR 'translates' the outdated terminology 'Lock/Unlock' replacing it with the current 'Auto-detect' nomenclature. It all make sense to me!
