DYN-5652: Update internals visibility for Dynamo Player rewrite

2. Dynamo Team will meet 1x a month to review PRs found on Github (Issues will be handled separately)
3. PRs will be reviewed from oldest to newest

Purpose

DYN-5652 - This PR updates the list of assembly names which have access to Dynamo Core internal types to include the new assembly names from the rewrite of Dynamo Player to use the new API.

hi @twastvedt Just to confirm, this is for upcoming 2.18 release right?

Hi @QilongTang. It would be helpful if it was in 2.18 so we can start testing Player with the new project names without needing a dev build of Dynamo. We won't be releasing with these new names until 2.19 though.
