Add Schema Validation info to docs and small updates schema validation

I added some docs for using the schema validation and added exclusion_list for border_replacerr

I changed the examples for no_hl so that they have valid entries and pass the validation.

I'll have a look at adding some more descriptions and add to this PR if it is still open. Else I'll just make a new one :)

This is great. I plan at some point when I get time to add better validation within the program itself.
