- 新增 CommonAttrGroup，由于uevent是所有设备都共有的属性文件，为了解耦和可拓展，新增了通用属性组，并为大部分的设备类型添加
- 目前支持 sysfs下 block, char, Net, rtc, tty等类型设备的 uevent 文件读操作
