First Windows Build

I am not much of a Windows guru, but I think this should work portably...

For the Windows release, I added global hardcoded shortcuts:

• Win+\: Start/Stop
• Win+[: -0.5 km/h
• Win+]: +0.5 km/h

Feel free to make them configurable via a PR.
