Hi,

the is a rending issue with blend branch.

ruffle_blend
you see a black shape instead of a bloody face - i suspect a transparency issue

thats how it should be

also graphic issue when you die // but looks like the same bug

i suspect transparency isnt working correct for some elements

found the issue: if the png uses transparent areas those are rendered black instead of transparent
i modded the swf - the transparent part is now white - bloody face is shown correctly

here you see the face is shown correctly if the transparent part of the png is made white // notice the black dots - those areas of png are still transparent

ok the problem is transparency
so "white" and "transparent" should be rendered transparent and not "black"

the actual death-screen should look like this:
tls_death-transparency

unmodded swf death-screen is shown in #19 (comment)
