Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Im having issues with a old and very long chat history, It goes back at least two years now the script seems to start at the beginning every time I launch it.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to set a start and end date range for the script to download files and media from, and perhaps the script could create a folder for that period to store the files in, to help with organisation?

Describe alternatives you've considered
I thought it may be possible to save a list of files downloaded, so that the script can know exactly what it has already pulled, but that could get very long, and would probably slow it down a fair bit?

Additional context
This is the best downloader i've tried so far, no issues getting it working, Thanks for your effort!

I've tried this:
api_hash: 0000000000000000000000
api_id: 999999999999999999999
chat_id: -8888888888
download_filter:
-8888888888: message_date >= 2023-06-01 and message_date <= 2023-06-3

it doesnt seem to do anything, Is this still a valid edit to the Yaml file?

I'm looking at the Python code itself, But it doesnt seem to acutally filter anything based on the "download filter" in the yaml file.?

Excuse me. How do you get the chat id. The web doesn't begin with '?legacy=1#/im?p=' , but begin with 'k/#'
