I added a simple login and register page, so that users will have to register and login. (and so that I can implement more user-specific features later on.)
For the screen to not be blocked by the keyboard I installed react-native-keyboard-aware-scroll-view.
Still need to do some better styling, adding of a logo, I really want to animate some element here.
