Fixes broken system tests for ispyb and some of the external callbacks tests which were attempting to launching the external process with the wrong parameters.
ispyb tests also need related dodal PR which reinstates some code that got removed accidentallyLink to dodal PR (if required): DiamondLightSource/dodal#542To test:
