Inconsistent Synchronization of Websites

If you are deploying a large site or for various other reasons a deployment takes longer than about 30 seconds your site could end up in an inconsistent state. The work around for this is to temporarily stop the synchronization process while you are deploying. When your deployment has finished resume the synchronization process and the sites will deploy across all instances as expected.
