Updating ADCIRC User Guide. Including now:

• ADCIRC Overview - Overview of ADCIRC and supporting applications such as FigureGen and Kalpana (linking to other documentation) along with decision matrices as to when to use what program.
• ADCIRC on DesignSafe Guide. Guides on running ADCIRC on:
  • Interactive VM
  • Using Tapis
  • Using Web Portal
• ADCIRC Basic User Guide, including:
  • ADCIRC Command Line Options - A brief overview of the command line options for ADCIRC.
  • ADCIRC Input Files - Information about the input files used by ADCIRC.
  • ADCIRC Outputs Files - Information about the output files generated by ADCIRC.
  • ADCIRC Examples - Examples of how to use ADCIRC.
  • ADCIRC Installation (Advanced) - Instructions for installing ADCIRC via Spack for advanced users.
  • Resources and Documentation - Additional resources and documentation for using ADCIRC.
  • ADCIRC Data Hosted on DesignSafe - Information about ADCIRC related data hosted on DesignSafe.
  • ADCIRC Reference - Reference information for ADCIRC.
    -Other ADCIRC Utilities and Libraries - Information about other third-party ADCIRC utilities and libraries.
