Write value to contents.projects.estimated_cell_count, aggregate with max, not sum, expose as hits.projects.estimatedCellCount (not hits.cellSuspensions.totalCells) in /index/{projects,samples,files,bundles} endpoints and as projectEstimatedCellCount in /index/summary endpoint.
