[wiki] Sample players not working

I tried checking the reference players for autoplay and I noticed that the players were not working. The "Dash IF Reference Player" works and the samples using the reference player work, but all the other examples seem to camplain with errors like:

Logged on to slack and verified that I was not the only one for whom the links weren't working.

Nope, this is unrelated. The above link returns a 404 attempting to load dash.debug.js.

OK so the files are where they are suppose to be the url being used is old (vm2) and we need to figure out where that URL came from. Readme, release email etc.

In the 2.4 release email there are urls to this server for samples.

This fails still but I believe due to #1722 - the debug file is loading as expected.

The URL came from the sidebar on the wiki page.

I've updated the sidebar links to point to http://dashif.org/reference/players/javascript/latest/ where appropriate but we should probably keep this open until #1736 is merged.
