Remove .opendistro-job-scheduler-lock from list of protected indices …

…(reverts opensearch-project#3237) (opensearch-project#3351)

### Description
- Resolves
opensearch-project/job-scheduler#492 , where
it was expected that the job schedule index is not protected.
