This PR fixes issues #12 (allowing multiline uri and base64 data to be folded), #11 (allowing inline image src base64 data to be folded when the
base64fold_all_urispreference is set totrue) and #8 (check the size of base64 urls before folding them when thebase64fold_all_urispreference is set totrue), and adds more test cases
