  • Capacity Plus systems show multiple duplicate call events. Update to only show the current call event once and then update the duration activity for it.

  • Capacity Plus systems show other traffic channel activity via the site activity message. Update the DMR Traffic Channel Manager to auto-allocate these channels to ensure the traffic calls are processed.

Test against Sentinel Peak, Tucson, AZ recording for 464 MHz on channel 461.7875 which is LCN 1/2 and detects REST and activity on LCN 3/4.

…ts to include channel descriptor and frequencies. Corrected Capacity Max talker aliases to combine base and continuation alias fragments into a unified alias identifier.

Critical: resolved a thread deadlock issue when the DMR multi-frequency channel rotation thread deadlocks against the UI thread when accessing the current channel's frequency from the frequency controller.  This thread deadlock may be the source of multiple users reporting OutOfMemory crashes when running any DMR channel with multiple control frequencies where the decoder was rolling through each frequency checking for activity.
