A few things:

1. For the first sentence, since we don't allow FT telework anymore, can we just change it to:
   The Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) is a relatively telework-friendly agency and has allowed telework throughout its 10-year existence.
2. The link to Shape Up book isn't working. Maybe it's missing the https://
3. The date on the blog post is wrong, but I can also change that when I do the release change PR.
