Page number updating in grid view #48

The page number should update when scrolling while in grid view. Perhaps to the first page in the topmost row.

It works, but hangs on longer scrolls. It needs to do the whole wait-for-the-user-to-stop-scrolling thing that page number updating does in the regular document view. Keeping this issue open until that's fixed.
