mostly to fix layout on several pages that were missed. Updates related to automatically-updated incipit, displaying placeholders for first_name-less users, etc. are also coming along.

Create hook in signals.py to automatically update chants' and sequences' incipits
to handle requests not matching a defined server name

all tests pass, and the automatic incipit calculation is working as expected. Running python manage.py touch_all_chants currently; we can check on it tomorrow morning to see that it's run to completion.
