其实感觉cfpa-bot这个名字不够高端，可惜语言水平太差

但为什么开一个大pr会消耗您的cdn流量？

看到了 CFPAOrg/Minecraft-Mod-Language-Package#1707 但为什么开一个大pr会消耗您的cdn流量？

不是cdn啊 就是挂这个bot的服务器 把所有相关mod下载下来就用了这么多流量

cfpa-bot的模组列表有时候把联动也算进依赖里面了……考虑改下不？（估计当时写的时候偷懒了？）

来求个功能，跨PR的Diff（不知道能否实现，用来解决像是 #1897 #1941 #1949 的问题）（这要是手动diff人得报废了）
