Git rejecting files larger than 100 mb

I commited a little bit of my progress and it was pushed to github succesfully after three hours when I sat again did some lessons and then pushed again suddenly my terminal started lagging and then it commited lots of vscode server, data and many more files itself. That didnt happened before. After that I manually resolved the conflicts but I encountered this problem. I used Chatgpt to help me remove these files then I pushed again but it showed the same error. Above are the files which Git is not pushing. How do I resolve this problem.

Its taking 5 to 10 minutes after I removed those files again and then it ends up giving error

As far as I remember whenever I opened my vscode it was in the home directory by default maybe I commited in my home directory and didnt cd into my project folder maybe thats why it happened

Sorry guys I was commiting in my home directory which created lots of conflicts but now I have resolved them and git is working properly
