Logic in function

Hello, the function setInterestRate has wrong logic I think. The global rate in the project is meant to be only decreasing but we check if the newInterestRate is less than(<) s_interestRate and revert error which is wrong I think. I think this should be the correct one so when
if(_newInterestRate >= s_interestRate){revert someError})
s_interestRate = _newInterestRate;
