Please provide more details on how you installed cosmos. Are you using devkit or userkit? Also check if there is anything in the VS logs.

Basicly it does't create the project just a empty folder

According to Strike Mafia on the discord, the issue is with dotnet in the path and can be fixed by ensuring that the x86 version of dotnet is lower in the path.
