This PR updates README.md to direct the user to install ffmpeg to prevent
audioread.exceptions.NoBackendError. It is a very common exception. Just in the last 2 weeks, this was reported in #385, #386, #395 and #407.The setup instructions are also revised to emphasize the need to download a pretrained model for use with the toolbox. Many users inadvertently skip this step, leading to issues such as #387, #393 and #412.
Instructions for GPU support are moved to the very end. This ensures the user will experience a working toolbox without struggling to make a proper GPU setup.
