Overview
The Treasury and Data Standards Body are seeking input on rolling out the Consumer Data Right (the CDR) to the non-bank lending sector.
A design paper has been developed to seek feedback on the proposed policy specifications and principles to support this rollout.
Given the parallels between Open Banking and non-bank lending data sets and products, the Rules and Data Standards applying to the non-bank lending sector are expected to align, where appropriate, with existing Rules and Data Standards for the banking sector.
