Describe the bug

Since we build in release mode, even if we attach the debugger to the ui tests, we can't get any meaningful information.

  • Is this bug a regression in the toolkit? If so, what toolkit version did you last see it work:

Steps to Reproduce

Run build.bat and attach the debugger to the UI Tests process (host or guest).

Expected behavior

We can easily build the toolkit in debug mode.
